Elaborated with grapes of the Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz varieties, planted above 400 meters to maintain a balanced freshness.

Winemaking: In own cellar. Total destemming and crushing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks between 12º and 15º C

Harvest: 100% manual, during the 2nd week of September

Alcohol (% V / V): 13% Vol.

Acidity Volatile: 0.2 g / dm3

Residual sugar: 0.6 g / dm3
