Mineral, fruity, balanced and refined

Only the grapes of the varieties Rabigato, Malvasia Fina, and Viosinho, planted in our vineyards above 500 meters, are used to produce the freshness of our Branco wine.


Winemaking: In own cellar. Total destemming and crushing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks between 12º and 14º C

Harvest: 100% manual, during the 2nd week of September

Alcohol (% V / V): 13.6% Vol.

Total Acidity: 3.51g / dm3TartaricAcid

Acidity Volatile: 0.3g / dm3

Residual sugar: 0.6 g / dm3

pH: 3.6
