Jam with balsamic notes, full bodied and subtle.

Only the best grapes of the varieties Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz are used to produce this wine.


Winemaking: In own cellar. Total destemming and crushing; controlled fermentation at 22ºc with gentle remontagens and delestage once a day. Pressing lightly on pneumatic press. Stage and finishing of the wines in stainless steel vats.

Harvest: 100% manual, during the 2nd week of September

Alcohol (% V / V): 13.5% Vol.

Total Acidity: 5.2 g / dm3 TartaricAcid

Acidity Volatile: 0,5 g / dm3

Residual sugar: 0.6 g / dm3

pH: 3.58
