Elaborated with a selection of the best Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz varieties. Ageing in French oak barrels and second ageing in bottle, promoting a better evolution and wine balance.

Winemaking: In own cellar. Total destemming and crushing, controlled fermentation at 22ºc with gentle remontagens and delestage once a day. Pressing lightly on pneumatic press

Harvest: 100% manual, during the 2nd week of September

Acidity Volatile: 0,7 g / dm3

Residual sugar: 0.6 g / dm3
